Another Day…
…Another Dime. Ok, there is a lie, I didn’t make a penny today, not did I lose anything. Oh the joys of sleeping most of the time.
I woke up at 7:20ish, told my grandmother I was awake and fell back to sleep; not a good thing to do. So I woke up again at 8:15, and boy did I run fast. Hurried to get ready and get out the door. It’s a good thing that I’m a ninja so I did it quietly so they didn’t hear me. Anyway, I got to school 3 minutes late, which is no biggie. When he asked why I was late I told him that “I was abducted by Martha Stuart”. And not missing a beat he replied “Well then you’ve been through a difficult time, get to work”. After that I couldn’t think a thing, he actually beat me at being sarcastic: first time for everything.
Second period we had the joy of going across the street to a daycare. Why would they put somebody like me with little kids, you ask? Well ,we’ve been doing “Story Sacs” for the past two weeks in Child Care. What this is, is simply taking a book, making activities for it, and putting it in a bag. It’s a good idea, and it’s little kids books and the bags go the public library when we’re done getting marked. Really good idea actually.
But anyway, we went over and read it and played the games with them for a half hour. And you know what I found out? They’re raising peverted, highly intelligent little corperate tools. See the extended for more on this.
So then the rest of the day was boring. I came home, did 2 assignments for World Issues, then passt out at 7, woke at 9. Then I set up Tom a Movable Type account on my server, good times.
It feels good seeing somebody else coming up not using a webpage composer like frontpage, and instead using notepad. Viva la revolution. Good times.
Anyway, I’m going back to bed in a bit here, I’m strangely out of it. I’m tired, but I don’t know why I’m tired, because I’ve been sleeping. I’m sure there is an unbalance in the force somewhere causing this. Well, that’s my only guess as it. Any better ideas? Tell me so I can say that’s what it is, because my answer is lame.
