Memory: Saturday Mornings
One thing I used to always do is wake up on Saturday mornings and watch TV. Most often times, it was with my Dad. I’d watch things like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Looney Tunes, and Toxic Crusaders. At the time it didn’t seem like much, but it was a tradition. I look back on it now thinking how great it was to have nothing to do on Saturdays but hang out and watch TV. That could be why I love cartoons so much.
Later on Saturdays we’d usually go to the park (playground) for a bit. They had a cool jungle gym shaped like a rocket. That thing was so cool. Just one of those things that sticks in your head, ya know?
