I’m kind of annoyed right now. I’m attempting to make a few donations, but because my VISA is obviously not going to a US address it’s not letting me use it. For organizations that live off people giving away money they’re not making it very easy to give them some.

That and another one that I’m doing I keep getting “Technical Difficulties” when I go into it. I’m already ready to say forget it and not give anybody money

No, not gym class I’m thinking pledge exchange. I finally found my credit card* so I can start making donations. Anybody feel like doing some exchanges?

*My credit card was purposely hidden/lost. I lose my credit card to avoid buying stuff with it. It’s hard to owe people money when they can’t lend it to you.

I just got through a bunch of backed up Webb Alert episodes, now it’s down to 2 more feeds. They are ,however the big ones, over 400 on each of them.

    Oh and Timewarp dance!

Only 4 hours to go, whoo hoo!

One of the feed posts I just saw said “10 things you didn’t know about excel”. The first one wasn’t ‘It sucks’ so I stopped reading. Honestly, I can’t stand excel I really won’t lie to you. When we had to do it in school and memorize the stupid formulas to get it to do stuff and everything I just gave up. I’m great with figuring stuff out, but this was math and I hate math. Because of that, I think it’s fair to say I hate excel.

In fact, I think I hate all spreadsheets. Lets just start lining stuff up on sticky notes. Whose with me?!

This is weird. It says it lets you “Walk around the internet”. It looks like they’re trying to mix websites with a virtual world using an avatar. From what I can tell, it’s just putting down chairs then putting the website on the wall.

The only catch here is that it it’s a real pain in the rear. I say this because there is no ‘plaster my site’ button. You have to reconstruct your whole site while hotlinking in Yoowalk. That’s not going to happen, sorry guys. Check it out anyway if you’re bored. Maybe I’m wrong and it isn’t a complete waste of time (but I doubt it).

I should slow down on these RSS feeds, makes them last a little bit longer. It would be easier though if there was something worth reading in them. Nearly single one of my feeds right now are consisting of iPhone crap. Yes, the iphone might be great but I don’t care. Why?

    • MY phone does everything I need it to, including email and blogging.
    • Rogers (the only company here that can use the iphone) sucks
    • The ‘cool kids’ that have an iphone are $200 poorer and I don’t have $200.

    Good reasons? I thought so.

The site isn’t actually down, but I’ve watched nearly all of my subs at the time of writing this and most of the ‘most watched’ or ‘most discussed’ lists lately just plain suck. So youtube is almost ready to be crossed off the things to do list.

I’m thinking that I’ll tackle my RSS feeds next, they’ve been piling up for a long time; They’re at 1798 right now. I’m sure I’ll get through that though pretty quickly. What’s everybody else up to?
