Stand in awe

Well, I tried to record me playing the guitar on rock band, and it was a really boring video. Aside from the part where I went into overdrive and starting rocking out on the solo it was mostly just me standing there. So I recorded me singing instead. Haven’t watched the video yet, but should be better. I’ll try to get it up before the next post is due.

Well looks like my Camcorder still works. I want to do some videos of me playing Guitar Hero/Rock Band, just ’cause. I’ll do random songs unless somebody wants to see me looking dumb to a specific song.
I’ll list the games I have below, linking to the song list. Also the downloadable content. If there is anything in DLC you see, just ask I might have it.

I totally got distracted watching youtube and commenting on manatees’ posts. I have nothing of real value to write haha.
Once I finish up these comments, I’ll give my camcorder a go and see if I can make an arse of myself doing something.
Anybody have any suggestions?

It’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!
These were quite possibly my favorite toys growing up, as well as my favorite everything else. I used to have a ton of these since they were like $0.25 at yard sales. There were some really weird ones by the time I stopped collecting them, like dinosaurs and pizza chefs with one leg. There was a pizza thrower vehicle for them to ride on that i had. It was powerful, I remember hurting myself when getting hit by the hard plastic pizzas it shoots.
I also remember having a pizza table in our basement. It was a cheap plastic table with a giant sticker in the middle that looked like a pizza. When we got it I was able to put stickers of toppings on it. There was pepperoni, mushrooms, popcorn, jelly beans; it was weird. I miss that table.
Maybe it’s these guys that got me addicted to pizza.

Aside from the fact that I have to wake up to seeing myself everyday, it’s a real pain to write stuff on your forehead when mirrors are involved. It looks right, but then you realize it’s all backwards. I think it’s pretty awesome since I normally can’t write letters backwards on paper…
And for the record: Just because the markers easily come off of whiteboards doesn’t mean they’ll come off of skin. I R NOT A WHITEBOARD!
Dirty Little Lamer

I decided to play RB 2 (since it was already in the machine) and of course started with Dirty Little Secret. I was doing expert guitar and expert vocals at the same time. Came out 99% on guitar and….78% on vocals. Just because I’m doing a good thing, doesn’t make me a good singer too.

Showone sounds like an asian samurai film doesn’t it? I thought so.
Anyway, shower one is done and on to the food. Inhale some pizza then going to play some something.
What do you think: Guitar hero: World Tour, GH: III, GH: Aerosmith, Rock Band, RB 2, or RB: ACDC? Any song you want me to play?
OH! I’m going to try getting my camcorder working later, I’ll record on requests if I can.

Not stirred.
I think I’ve got my groove on here. Manatees have all been looked at commented on, I’ve got my timing down…somewhat on blog posts. Think everything is at least working now.
As soon as I post this it’s shower time, followed by food (finally!).
Once we get that done, I’ll try getting another Toys picture up in the works.

Did you know that the comments were broken? I didn’t!
Earlier we were having issues with the OpenID plugin. I just realized that the comments were able to be post, but weren’t being displayed for some reason on the blog. They should show now. The fonts and colors are all off, but I can fix that eventually.
I’m checking in on my manatees again, they’re all doing FANTASTIC! I’ll give some plugs a little later in the thon.
